A developmental edit is an in-depth assessment of your manuscript. This type of edit offers an analysis of characters, plot, structure, dialogue, voice, and pacing. I provide in-line edits and comments using Track Changes, as well as an editorial letter discussing strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. To ensure we're a good fit, I offer a complimentary sample edit of your manuscript.

Though this is not a copyedit, I will correct any grammar or spelling errors I catch along the way. A line edit is typically completed after a developmental edit or alongside a copyedit.
